Widgecraft Terms of Use

Welcome to Widgecraft! These terms govern your use of the Widgecraft app, developed and owned by Taptics Ltd., which allows you to customize your iOS home screen widgets. By installing or using our app, you agree to these Terms.

License to Use Widgecraft

• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Widgecraft on your personal iOS devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app or its included content.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.

User Conduct

• You agree to use Widgecraft responsibly and lawfully.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the app's functionality or security.
• Keep your device secure. We are not liable for any issues arising from jailbroken or rooted devices.

Changes and Fees

• We reserve the right to modify the app, these Terms, or introduce fees for the app or specific features. We will notify you of major changes.

Data Collection and Privacy

• To improve Widgecraft and your experience, we collect certain data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• We employ third-party services. Please refer directly to their Terms and Conditions for detailed information:

• Firebase Crashlytics

No Unrealistic Expectations

• We strive to provide a reliable and enjoyable app experience. However, Widgecraft may contain errors or inaccuracies. It is not intended for professional or critical decision-making.
• An internet connection is required for some features. You are responsible for any data charges from your mobile network provider.

App Updates and Compatibility

• Widgecraft is designed for iOS. System requirements may change, and you'll need to install updates to keep using the app.
• We may discontinue support for the app with prior notice, if possible.

Limitations of Liability

• Widgecraft is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
• Taptics Ltd. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Widgecraft. This includes losses related to the app's accuracy, functionality, or any issues it might cause.
• Our total liability to you is limited to:
  • $50 USD if you use the free version of the app.
  • The amount you paid for Widgecraft in the last six months if you have a subscription.

Termination

• We may terminate or suspend access to our app immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Please review them periodically. Your continued use of the app after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
